At Synful Novelties, we ship sexy lingerie, costumes, and Wicked Side pieces worldwide from our curated supplier network. Every order is hand-checked, discreetly packaged, and tracked end-to-end.

Free US Shipping on Orders $49+ Spend $49 or more in a single order and standard US shipping is on us. Under $49, a flat rate applies based on your location.

Delivery windows begin after processing. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of being placed.

01Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 12pm PT on Friday begin processing the following Monday. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

02International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International delivery takes 14 to 30 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

03Discreet Packaging

Every Synful Novelties order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. No branding, no product labels, no description visible from the outside. The sender shows as "SN Fulfillment." What you ordered is between you and us.

04Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will get a tracking link by email. You can also track your order anytime using your order number and email address. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us.

05Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Synful Novelties is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be charged reshipment costs.

06Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly past its expected delivery window, contact us at support@synfulnovelties.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund eligible cases.

07Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right.

08PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping only. Express shipping is not available to these destinations.
