Returns & Hygiene Policy

Lingerie, swimwear, and intimate apparel are personal items. For the health and safety of all sinners, returns and exchanges follow strict hygiene-based rules. Please read this carefully before placing your order.
For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Panties, thongs, G-strings, and any underwear
- Bodysuits, teddies, and one-piece lingerie
- Crotchless lingerie of any kind
- Stockings, hosiery, fishnets, and bodystockings
- Pasties, nipple covers, and body jewelry
- Costumes that have been tried on, opened, or worn
- Latex, vinyl, and wet look pieces (cannot be resold once handled)
- Bridal pieces worn at any event
- Sale items, clearance, and capsule collection drops
- Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page
Only the following items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet all conditions below:
- Bras and bralettes
- Robes, kimonos, and loungewear (unworn)
- Sleep sets (unworn, unwashed)
Return Conditions — all must be met
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags, hygiene seals, and labels must be intact
- Hygiene strip on panty/bottom liner must be unbroken
- Item must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, body oils, hair, lint, and any signs of wear
- Original packaging must be returned with the item
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Refused returns are shipped back to the customer at their expense.

02Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
03Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to inventory turnover. If you need a different size or style, return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
04Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@synfulnovelties.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Approved cases are eligible for a full replacement or refund at our discretion.
05Sizing & Fit
We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart on every product page before ordering. Sizing varies by style, material, and fit. Returns due to incorrect sizing on eligible items follow the standard return conditions above.
06Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank first, then email us at returns@synfulnovelties.com.
07Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, the order has entered our fulfillment queue and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded prior to shipment.
