Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear, panties, or intimate items once they have been opened or worn.

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

• The wrong item was sent

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

To request a return, please email us at support@synfulnovelties.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
