Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how Synful Novelties issues refunds. It works alongside our Returns & Hygiene Policy, which determines whether your item is eligible for return in the first place. Please read both before requesting a refund.
- Eligible returned items received and inspected (per Returns & Hygiene Policy)
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery
- Orders we cancel before shipment
- Orders confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier
- Final sale items (panties, bodysuits, crotchless, hosiery, costumes, latex, vinyl, sale and clearance items)
- Items returned without an approved Return Authorization (RA) number
- Items that fail hygiene inspection (worn, washed, damaged, missing tags or seals)
- Returns initiated more than 14 days after delivery
- Buyer's remorse on final sale categories
- Refusal of delivery or failure to claim a package
- Orders flagged for fraud or chargeback abuse
01Refund Amount
- Item cost: Refunded in full for approved returns
- Original shipping fees: Non-refundable
- Free shipping orders: Our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund
- Return shipping: Customer responsibility, not refunded
- Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to bulk or wholesale-quantity returns
02Refund Timeline
Total expected timeline: 9 to 17 business days from when we receive your return.
03Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds via cash, check, wire transfer, or to a different card. If your original payment method is no longer active, we may issue store credit instead.
04Store Credit Option
You may request store credit instead of a refund on eligible returns. Store credit is issued at full item value (no shipping deductions) and never expires. Use it on any future Synful Novelties order.
05Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases including:
- Items returned with minor cosmetic damage from shipping back
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Multiple-item orders where only some items are returned
- Resolution of disputed orders without full return
06Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@synfulnovelties.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved cases are eligible for a full refund or replacement at our discretion. We may waive the return requirement on visibly damaged items.
07Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, file a claim with the carrier first. If the carrier confirms loss, we will issue a refund or reshipment. Synful Novelties is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
08Chargebacks
If you have a concern with an order, contact us first. We respond to and resolve most issues within 24 to 48 hours. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and the chargeback being disputed with evidence of delivery and order acceptance.
09Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from approval:
- Check your bank or card statement again
- Contact your bank or card issuer (refunds often appear under the original transaction)
- If still unresolved, email returns@synfulnovelties.com with your order number
